The Blaenserchan Project
The Blaenserchan Project is an interdisciplinary art and research initiative examining Blaenserchan Colliery and its surrounding landscape as a contested site shaped by intersecting forces of capital, nature and history. The project comprises an eight-year diaristic inquiry, culminating in the 50th anniversary of the 1984–85 miners’ strike.
